The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was amazing, very kind, you're very wise having him at the front desk! We had an issue with the room when we first checked in and he had it handled very quick.

The room was very spacious The facilities at the hotel were adequate.

Everything! Spacious luxurious rooms and bathroom. Amazing breakfast and food in the evening. We had some great cocktails made by the great bartender. She also chatted with us and answered our questions about living in the US. A great atmosphere and all the staff were lovely. Nicely located outside the CBD area so was nice and quiet.

We found the room comfortable and clean, and really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff even gave us a thoughtful gift for our dog!

Excellent location. Valet parking. Wonderful staff (Anna at the Desk was outstanding). Beautiful room with huge, comfortable bed. Bathroom had terrific bath and shower. Faultless facilities and the staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was delicious. The dining area was very clean and neat.

We really like this chain and seek it out amongst others. This one was in a good location and had free parking. Good size room with great kitchen area.
