The room was really nice, modern, nicely decorated, with interesting extras like a little record player with a few records; the bathroom was also clean and tidy and really spacious. The staff I encountered at check in and departure were very pleasant and chatty. The location was comfortable and felt quite cosy.

They were very kind, they welcomed us with a greeting card for our 10th wedding anniversary and gave us two drinks. The attention is very good, open to give you recommendations and help you make your stay special. We loved celebrating our anniversary there. Super recommended!

The staff and everything was amazing! My parents and I were the very first guests, which made the experience extra special. The building had just been inaugurated, so everything was perfectly new and spotless. It’s also very affordable, making it perfect for everyone. Dirk, the Director of Ambassadors, is an incredibly wise and inspiring person—he gave me a life-long lesson. Thank you, Dirk, and thanks to the entire staff!

All staff members were extremely polite helpful. Breakfast had a good variety / selection. The shower in our room was very modern and spacious and has inspired me to upgrade one of our bathrooms at home.

Room is perfect and the location is very convenient.

Very impressed. Large room with comfortable bed, a good sized desk to work at and a little kitchen area. Very convenient for downtown and about 10 minutes walk from the Amtrak station. I felt very comfortable there. The breakfast buffet is comprehensive and reasonable quality. And ignore comments about being woken up by trains in the night; they're out of date as they don't blow their horns going through Charlottesville any more!

the hotel I was staying at in Charlottesville was a great hotel and it was close to restaurants, shops Amtrak station and close to Football Stadium too and it was close to Monticello also. great breakfast every morning

Usual Holiday Inn standard. Good location for us. Room was nice and well appointed. Staff were very efficient. No issues. We stayed here 10 days in total split over numerous bookings while visiting family in the area.

Everything one needs for a short stay. I liked that there was a TV channel guide included for those who like to explore international TV while travelling. Staff were nice and helpful.
