Proximity to the Back Bay, Fenway Park, the mall at the Prudential Center, and Northeastern University (my son is a student there). The hotel is smaller than a lot of the other national chains in the area (Marriott, Sheraton, Weston and Marriott), and I like the scale of it (Think: no lines when you check in, fewer people in the lobby, parking lot is smaller and less hectic). The lobby bar is nice and usually has a small and manageable crowd. The staff at the hotel and bar/restaurant are friendly and eager to help.

Location was ideal to Northeastern University and Fenway area, etc... All within a nice walking distance. Room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Bellman was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Very nice facilities.
