Excellent location for trips to Dollywood and restaurants on route 441. Condos are spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the golf course. Our condos was also well equipped and lacked nothing. We were proactively notified by the resort that we could do an early check-in as our condo was ready earlier than the scheduled time. Excellent equipment in fitness centre.

Fantastic location within walking distance of the stampede as well as the main road with restaurants /shops etc. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, balcony overlooking the river but even if facing and also out front an amazing view of the Smokey mountains. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Always happy to help and went out of their way to help with advice on how to get to places.

Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

The shops and restaurants of the Old Mill are outstanding.

The shops and restaurants of the Old Mill are outstanding. Have ate at the main restaurant and cafe both are very good. Have purchased taffy from candy store and pottery from the pottery section. This area is a must see when visiting Pigeon forge.

The mill is beautiful and if you want fresh cornmeal, flour ect you will love this place the prices are a little high for me, we didn't eat at the restaurant because they had a very long waiting list. parking cost us 20 bucks because there is so much going on around the area.

Big room, slightly dated but fine. Could have been improved with a net or blind on the window. Free upgrade to river view was nice. Great location on the Parkway walking distance from entertainment and the Old Mill area as well as 10 minutes walk to thetrolley centre for the trolley to Dollywood.

At check in, the ladies at the desk were very nice. The location was good. Close to The Old Mill. The floors were laminate, so you didn't have to worry about stinky carpet. The new section was nice. I didn't see or use the pool. The fire pit was nice. We didn't use it either, but it looked nice.

Location was great. Away from the hustle and bustle with a magnificent view but a quick drive to the main strip for food, shopping, entertainment and the mountains. Highly recommended taking a jeep tour, David our guide was amazing. The Apple Barn, the Titanic, the Pirate show, the Old Mill, the aquarium in Gatlinburg, ALL fantastic!!
