We have stayed here several times. The staff was very friendly and our rooms were spacious, reasonably priced, and include a fridge and microwave. The location is great also, just off the main strip with a beautiful river view from the parking lot. (bring some bread for the ducks) Would highly recommend this Hotel.

The shops and restaurants of the Old Mill are outstanding.

The shops and restaurants of the Old Mill are outstanding. Have ate at the main restaurant and cafe both are very good. Have purchased taffy from candy store and pottery from the pottery section. This area is a must see when visiting Pigeon forge.

The mill is beautiful and if you want fresh cornmeal, flour ect you will love this place the prices are a little high for me, we didn't eat at the restaurant because they had a very long waiting list. parking cost us 20 bucks because there is so much going on around the area.

At check in, the ladies at the desk were very nice. The location was good. Close to The Old Mill. The floors were laminate, so you didn't have to worry about stinky carpet. The new section was nice. I didn't see or use the pool. The fire pit was nice. We didn't use it either, but it looked nice.

Location was great. Away from the hustle and bustle with a magnificent view but a quick drive to the main strip for food, shopping, entertainment and the mountains. Highly recommended taking a jeep tour, David our guide was amazing. The Apple Barn, the Titanic, the Pirate show, the Old Mill, the aquarium in Gatlinburg, ALL fantastic!!
