It was central and very near the French quarter

Recently stayed at Canopy hotel and it was great! The location struck a perfect balance – not too central, yet close to everything without the noise. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a modern feel. Loved having a Nespresso machine with capsules. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it!

The services and friendliness of the staff

This is an extremely comfortable and beautiful hotel. The rooms are the quietest I've ever experienced. We were there during Mardi Gras and couldn't hear anything despite the floats running underneath the hotel. It's very spacious and has a comfortable bed. The location is great because you can walk everywhere. The staff is wonderful, welcoming, helpful, and always friendly. They even had a valet who knew how to drive a stick.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived super early from the airport and staff found us an available room so we could check in right away.

The pool! The room the location, the kind staff everything! It’s close to everything you can walk to everything you need and the staff are super nice especially Tyran at the front desk - we had moved from another hotel and he was so nice and welcoming to us

The receptionist was very kind on managing me to get an early check-in. The hotel is very clean and room has a lot of space - also the bed is great.

The staff were absolutely lovely. Everyone was so cheerful, kind and welcoming. We had a fantastic time. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Newly renovated. We liked that there was a laundry available that we could wash clothes at and dry them. This was especially handy as one of travelling party had their bags lost on the way. Organising with the hotel to get this bag back was really easy and they couldn’t be more lovely in the process. Location was really good. We could get the train cars from almost right outside the hotel which was really handy. It was far out from French quarter enough that it wasn’t too noisy or busy. We would stay here again!

Excellent location and the room very spacious. Breakfast very good and super friendly staff. The parking was hassle free and good value for money.

I went to the family weekend for Tulane students. I was impress by the way the hotel is. It was clean, nice and closed to all my doings. It has a very nice complete gymnasium with stationary machines and free weights.

Great stay, Mr. Robertson at the front desk made it worth a visit alone, but also everything else was very exceptional.

Was spacious , and was given a bigger apartment. We had the roof top to ourselves for a few days till the weekend started. Was near the main center . We used uber to get us to the cathedral and stuff. Pool and jacuzzi were good.

This is an excellent property for staying and exploring the French Quarter or downtown New Orleans. Easy to get to by car. Parking available across the street (I used SpotHero). We got the JazzyPass and road the street car. Security was great in the building. Never heard any noise from neighboring units. This was a great stay!

Size of suites and access to downtown

Location was great. Staff excellent. Good value for money.

The Rathbone location was great. Esplanade was within walking distance to a lot of great spots-Lil Dizzys, French Quarter, Habana Outpost, Louis Armstrong Park, and Tremé. We stayed at the Rathbone across the road from the pool but loved our privacy and the living room there was very comfortable to relax in. The spa and pool were a great treat after a day of exploring, and the backyard was beautiful. The room, bed and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. I particularly liked the history of New Orleans guide they provided in the room, it was great reading material. There was coffee, breakfast bars, fruit, and porridge available in the living room too.

The location of this hotel is simply great. The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff was very nice.

Loved the room with a lounge area and separate bedroom area. Lots of character.
