Staffs are very nice. Hotel is very safe and they alway have staff at the door at night, Elevator need room key to go up. Easy to find parking arround the hotel.

Very Cool hotel with personality. The staff was wonderful, Melissa and the front desk took care of us, and she was great. Forest at the Spa was also an amazing host. The hotel has a really cool vibe, with a great area to work. I played racquetball with my husband, Forest at the spa lended us everything for it. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good downtown location, easy access to LA metro and bus routes that we used during our stay. I felt safe around the hotel at all times. Good beds and a very spacious room.
