Loved the location and the staff

Hotel was located within walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. The restroom is a little small but hey, wasn't in New Orleans to spend time in the restroom. I do have to say though that the water pressure in the shower was great. Food in restaurant was good as well.

The staff was really nice. Security was on point in the hotel was very clean.

A wonderful, cozy, boutique hotel. Very clean, located behind Bourbon Street, yet quiet at night. Everything interesting is within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is parking, but it costs $50 per night. There are parking lots nearby that cost $20 per night.

It’s a fantastic location, rooms are amazing, staff are exceptional. This is a New Orleans hidden gem and I highly recommend this to any traveller looking for a well located hotel. Whenever we are in New Orleans, Place D’Armes will be our first choice

EVERYTHING!! We could not fault this property in any way. The location was perfect, it was immaculately clean, extremely spacious, beds were so comfortable, it was so good to have a large comfortable lounge to sit on and chill out.

The location was super great and the room was really cozy and perfect size.

Great location, we could walk to most major attractions easily. The hotel had a nice authentic New Orleans vibe, and we loved the balcony overlooking Bourbon Street. The building is a bit old, but that adds character and still feels worth the price.

Our room was absolutely beautiful, and the bed possibly the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in. On arrival, we had a bottle of fizz and handwritten note wishing my partner happy birthday, which was a lovely welcome (thank you!!). It was everything we’d hoped for for our first visit to New Orleans, as we wanted to stay somewhere with some history and character! We had fresh coffee on a morning from the coffee bar, and sampled some amazing cocktails in Peychaud’s Bar on the ground floor - so good! Location was perfect for exploring too, and just a short walk from Frenchmen Street.

It was such a beautiful hotel. Very old and we felt we were starring in Interview with a Vampire. Staff were super especially John at the desk and the hotel cats..

Everything, amazing gem we booked in New Orleans in French quarter, staff were amazing attentive, friendly & very helpful, clean comfy & walking distance to main places like Bourbon Street, French man etc big shout out to Kim for looking after us so well, her positive beautiful energy made our stay truly special. Really great location just off bourbon street which allowed us to get around to most places on foot. The staff were really kind and helpful and often went above and beyond their normal service. They also recommended good restaurants to go to in the area and provided some cost saving on tours. Overall a great place to stay and if I were to come back to New Orleans I would stay here again.

The hotel was at a good location. Close to Bourbon Street but far enough to be in a quiet part of town. Everything was in walking distance (Washington Square, city centre, Bourbon Street, Armstrong Park). The valet boys were very friendly. The rest of the staff was also friendly. They helped when they good. The room was very big (we had 1 king bed) and very clean. We were in room 200. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the quiet location and relaxed atmosphere. The pool and courtyard were wonderful to relax in before and after long days at the Jazz Fest. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom.
