Stayed in the sleeper car. Best shower I’ve had in my life. Radiant heating in the floor in the bathroom. Adorable. Best staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel: I reported a loose bike seat in the exercise room, and the maintenance guys were in the room before I finished talking to the front desk. Above and beyond. On site restaurant was fantastic.

Very pet friendly. Comfortable beds Dinner menu superb. Bathrooms exceptionally. Friendly Staff. The only thing I have to say is that the parking costs of $18 was out of range. I parked my own car which was only a few yards away from the entrance. The cost percentage compared to room cost is not in line with the hotels I usually stay in. I staid in the hotel In Dec and returned in Jan and was charged a pet fee the second time and parking, which I parked myself and got my own luguage,

Awesome place.

Awesome place. Bring a flashlight you can discover more when you can see better. It has good lighting at the falls but the trip there has only certain areas lighted up good . So a good flash light can open up places that are interesting also

It's cool in the cave, but walking will warm you up, so a light jacket that can be tied around your waist will probably be a good bet. Good walking shoes is a MUST. If you can request a guide, ask for Dougie D!

The house is spectacular! It is very spacious, and we particularly loved the fully equipped kitchen and backyard with firepit. The location was also prime, close to Ruby Falls, Rock City, and downtown. Getting there was also easy and there was plenty of parking. I'll definitely be booking here again!

We upgraded to a more spacious room with a walk in shower. Restaurant was good but the air con kept the area too cold, had to get a sweater. The hotel has a lot of history and worth a tour. Ruby Falls and Lookout mountain are worth a visit but a tourist trap. Walk over Walnut bridge. Plenty of museums and galleries worth visiting.

Amazing location right off I24 which was great to hit all the hot spots (ruby falls, lookout mountain, south side) and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the daily housekeeping/changing out of towels. Not enough places do that anymore after the pandemic.

Outstanding views over the Tennessee River and city.., very friendly staff, comfortable rooms with better showers than most. Swimming in the pool in the evening a real joy. Would definitely book again if in the area. The room was scrupulously clean, unlike all the chain hotels we've used. It is ideally placed between Chattanooga and Ruby Falls etc.
