The girl who was in the reception, unfortunately I never got her name, but she was amazing! Sooo friendly, cheerful and and happy to help with anything! We arrived during the evening at the 21st of June and we felt so welcomed right away! The room and facilities, including the bar at the first floor were also great. Great view from the rooftop as well. Laundry room was good too. Close walk to the Capitol building, which I think you should see if you're in Austin because it's a really nice building. Also a close walk to the university, which is also where the RedCoach buses stop, so great if you are coming and/or going by bus which we were. A bit further down to the 6th street but doable, Uber and Lyft is not too expensive down there.
