The best location just next to Alamo.

We were in town overnight for a concert at the Frost Bank Center, and this was a great location for that. There was plenty of parking available. The breakfast was quite good. They had the menu posted, the day before so we knew what to expect.

The room, its view, and its proximity to entertainment venue was perfect. Staff was amazing…front desk, car handling, waitresses all of them! We cannot wait to go there again.

The property was clean and comfortable. The room was ample and cozy and comfortable. Easy access to the hotel and well located at a walking distance to some important city landmarks and places of interest.

Hotel was beautiful, service was excellent, restaurants and bar were great, great artisanal feel and design. Option of texting for service instead of calling was also great. The scents in the hotel was sophisticated and not cloying with happens in lots of other hotels.

The location in regards to the Riverwalk was awesome. The staff was very pleasant. Everyone greeted me. The evening bartender Alex was very friendly. He gave great recommendations for sites and restaurants. He was a very helpful Ambassador for Springhill Suites. I will book my next visit in that hotel because of the warm, friendly service from everyone.

I was walking distance from a lot of tourist places, good food and a lot of things to do even by myself. The best part is that finding it was a breeze and having a group of people that seemed like they cared.

Staff was simply amazing we got checked in super fast and everything went well, pet friendly hotels are very hardbfind but Red roof made it super simple. Thanks again for everything you guys do.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the riverwalk and the coolest restaurants and bakeries. It is on a noisy and busy street, but when you are in the room you can not hear the noise. We were placed on the 11th floor, in a room with a view of the Majestic. Huge spacious, clean mini-apartment, with a kitchen and a large work area. Large and comfortable bed. This room was cheaper than rooms in other nearby hotels where we stayed earlier this year. And this room is much cleaner and more spacious than all the others. Free breakfast included - freshly baked waffles, croissants, bagels, oatmeal, sausage, eggs, juices, coffee and tea. Very nice staff. The only downside, which was not significant for me, but may be important for someone else, is that only one elevator works, and in the morning, during breakfast, there are queues, and people from the middle floors can wait 15-20 minutes to go down. It's not a problem for me to go up the stairs, even to the 11th floor, and even after breakfast haha.
