Great location for our early flight out of Phoenix. The shuttle was convenient. Our room was clean, pleasant and spacious for our family of 5. Comfy beds. Good breakfast.

Good facilities, well managed. Spaces were clean and inviting. Pool was a nice place to hang for an hour.

I was really impressed with how big the room was, full fridge & kitchen with dishware. Nice, updated and clean rooms. Close to airport. Breakfast started early which was good for our morning flight. Pool and hot tub were nothing special but enjoyed them nonetheless.

I didnt eat breakfast. I was orriginally stayingnat the double tree hilton. I was not happy at all with the service or the room there but the staff and desk were rude so i called the crowne and booked last minute was provided early check in and the service was teriffic. Friendly helpful and i enjoyed several short conversations with staff and guests i believe the staff set the mood for the afternoon guests snd it caried into the night.. i would like to thank the management and staff for an excelent save from the hiltons bad service attitudes and not a happy hotel to great stmosphere snd enjoyable place.

Felt new. Liked the room mini bar area - books, menu etc A lot of attention to detail on carefully selected brands they work with eg goop and Augustinus bader. Technogym was amazing, especially the little chocolate protein balls and hydration water they provide in gym. Nice vibe in lobby area

I loved this hotel. The staff were super helpful when I checked in and throughout my stay. The room was nice, the bed was really comfortable and I slept really well. It had a coffee machine in the room and the shop in reception had drinks, snacks and mini-meals. The breakfast was good.

Spa, pool, a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Ama,ing breakfast with lots of choice.

Location was great. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station that takes you downtown and also the PHX Skytrain to the airport. Room was comfortable and looked exactly like the photos.

Location could not be better. Excellent - close to mountains for hiking, shopping nearby and a quick drive to Scottsdale for several dinners. The staff were incredibly nice and very friendly. Loved the breakfast set up, easy and casual... Outdoor seating area is great and pool... overall the property is great.

Great location, short walk to galleries/shopping/bars. It was nice sitting out on the balcony. Room decor was cool and bed comfortable. Very clean. Pool area was awesome.
