The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. Very clean. We travel quite a bit across the U.S. and this was by far the best Best Western we have ever stayed in.

Great location to downtown Freeport. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. Gym was on third floor which is good, less foot traffic. . No treadmills but did have 2 elliptical machines and 2 recumbent bikes. Dumbbells up to 50 lbs and an adjustable bench. Also had a pulley system.

The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Front desk staff was awesome! The bartender was also great at Noble Kitchen and Bar.
