How friendly all the door staff were and how efficient check in and out was

Good location. We had partial view of the river. The design of the room was really nice and contemporary. Beautiful new building. Underground parking is nice, especially when it is cold outside.

Near the WhiteHouse and other landmarks for tourism.

We loved everything about this hotel. Very nice and tasteful decor. Pleasant ambiance. Very good size room and especially the bathroom. Everything you need in the room, bathrobe, steamer for your clothes, coffee machine. Everything was super clean and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay very much and would absolutely go back when we would stay in Washington. And special thanks to Isidora for the amusing chat and extra attention to our anniversary!

We stayed in the room with the view of the monument that was cool.

Great building, furniture and attention to details

So close to everything what you want to see within a walking distance….Capitol, Washington Monument, White House and the huge area of parks, museums etc. we had a parking fee includes in a room package and it was cheaper than buy separately.

Friendly and helpful staff, good clean rooms, checked me in early as the room was ready. Great location close to the mall. Definitely recommend this place!

The morning staff was so helpful and friendly. The staff woman at the front desk showed us free late check out at 1pm and even held our baggage whole we went to the museum! The hotel was clean and had free hot breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs, diy waffles etc. I'd definitely stay here again

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was superb. As for the room, it was comfortable, well-appointed, and provided a great night’s rest. Highly recommend!

Hotel Lombardy never disappoints. It’s my favorite place when I go to DC. It has charm, class, it’s very comfortable and rooms offer everything you need for leisure and for work. The staff is the kindest and it’s a pleasure to interact with them at every visit. They make me feel at home!
