The room and facilities great! Comfortable. Clean. Lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Location super convenient near dine in theater, food options, and shops, and near the zoo and other towns close by.

Very nice hotel with a great bedroom and a very comfortable bed.

Value for money, close by to the airport with a free shuttle. Nice breakfast included. All staff were very friendly.

IHOP the only place for breakfast. About a block away.

Room was very clean, fancy, and perfect for a 2 night stay. Would highly recomend staying and service from staff was great.

We loved everything !! People in the reception were great, Kind and sweet. They gave us apples when whe arrived...so nice 😘🤗🙂 What we loved the most was to arrive after a long day of tours and always finding a clean and comfortable room, really really thanks for that! ... They also have ACME supermarket in front of the hotel in the case you need to buy food or something... They have suttle service and Mike, the driver was great, nice and kind... They can help you with the train stop direction, and how to become to NY City by train or bus. I don't remember your names guys, but really thanks ♥️ We love you and your hotel and we'll be with you in our next trip ♥️👋🗽 Blessings and Kind regards!

Breakfast was excellent, definitely worth the cost.

It’s literally 1’ away from NJ Penn station. Tickets to NYC Penn are only 6 dollars, trains run every 30’ or so and only take 20’ to get you to Manhattan making the hotel a great value for money. Room was huge (double the size of a similar type room we had in Manhattan), really clean and comfortable. There is a free shuttle to take you to and from Newark airport, and if you need to use Uber we never had to wait longer than 5’ for one. Staff is amazing, front desk and concierge alike, Aisha from the concierge specifically was amazing and gave us some great recommendations for the last day to do in NJ. We will without a doubt be staying there every time we visit NYC.

The location was ideal, the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable

I thought that the breakfast was fair. My preference would have been for the eggs to be cooked a tad more. Would have really appreciated a non-red meat option of meat, i.e.turkey, chicken or fish. Maybe offer cereal option that's not sugar coated. I think that these additions would increase the breakfast experience for us who don't eat red meat. Just saying.

The room is wonderful and comfort. It located next to the Newark Airport.

Everything was excellent — clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Great staff and overall a very pleasant stay.

Clean rooms and prices are great.

This is my to go hotel where I stay when I am in Newark. The staff is nice, and the location is great. Close to both train stations, and not far from Newark airport.

Front desk staff was accommodating. Free breakfast was good! Location and cost for value was on point. I would totally stay here again in the future. The train station is close by for access to NYC.

Easily to find. Comfortable beds.

Very friendly people, I could extend my check-out time to work. Excellent!

Loved the hotel, location, breakfast and their service staff. The fact that it has an undercover carpark was very convenient during those 4 very cold and rainy days of our stay.

Location was great, coffee and apples always available.

Breakfast was a good way to start the day. The staff was gracious and helpful. The French towels were soft and nice. Convenient location.

Great shuttle service to the airport and very friendly staff.
