The convenience to the Venue where we visiting.

The location, friendly staff, the room was big enough for 4 adults

It was a lovely newly decorated room and bathroom.

Stylish, convenient and overall high quality. Including restaurants and caffe.

Well situated in downtown Chicago - great value for such a good location

Location was very convenient for us, being a short walk from the station, which was why we chose it. Hotel was comfortable, with a good-sized, up-to-date room. Left luggage facility was exceptionally useful, as was early check-in and late check-out.

Central location, beautiful room, inviting atmosphere. The staff was very friendly.

Clean, comfy, helpful staff, 6 min walk to hop on hop off bus stop no.2, , 8 min easy walk to union Station with baggage. Hood choice of eateries easy walk. Highly recommended

Good location near the blue line. There's a supermarket and CVS very nearby. I liked the little extras that I wasn't expecting like tea towels, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, tin foil, bin bags

If you are happy to catch the subway (which is definitely the best way to get around Chicago) this is a very good location for the price; clean; lots of useful things in the room including washing machine and dryer

Super Location. Full Equipments.

Excellent location, with luggage storage available. Room was huge, clean and nice toiletries in bathroom.

Great location and lovely breakfast and friendly staff

Friendly staff, cleanliness and location. You can easily walk to some nearby attractions and within a few mins walk is walgreens and a few food options.

The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. The location was great for us. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would definitely come back.

Excellent amenities, clean and spacious with a generous balcony.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Will definitely be staying again!

Internet in the rooms could be better

It's an experience. A sophisticated hotel for sophisticated people. Location is perfect, surrounding neighbourhood has a great range of food, shops and access to the entire city.

It was in a fantastic location, a short walk to the train station and to the United Centre. The kitchen was well equipped and the complimentary breakfast was great. The beds were really comfortable!

The room was amazing so spacious in a fantastic historic building. Had all the facilities and amenities we needed and very modern too. Would 100% stay again bed was so comfy too.

Everything was perfect I could not have asked for anything better.

We spent 5 nights in the hotel. Everything was perfect. The location near a subway station. The breakfast was really good and a special thank you to Annette ( the very nice lady at the breakfast) who was super nice with us and our daughter. She made the 10/10 !
