Sunday and Monday, quiet and relaxing, room was clean, close to restaurants and train

Nice complimentary shuttle to airport and within 5 miles of the hotel, very useful. Took a lift to the town center of Grapevine and to local restaurants as well as to airport. Raul is a very kind driver. Thank you so much Raul for being so kind and providing heartfelt services. Also beds and pillows are very comfortable.

Good location, staff were very friendly. Only had breakfast twice during our stay - menu was a little limited but nice. The bar was rarely open and when it was it shut at 10pm.

Great location, no need to take a taxi or similar. Very nice hotel, clean rooms, with great view to the runways. The acoustinc insulation was so good that takeoffs and landings were hardly noticeable. Very nice bathroom. Great restaurant, food was delicious.

I stayed one night, and it's rather dear, but the room is big, clean comfortable. The location is perfect, just 10 minutes away from all terminals, with a complimentary shuttle. Everything went super smoothly thanks to the nice people at the front desk.

Very happy with the choice after looking at several options. The beds were very comfortable. We had the best sleep during our travels. Staff was super helpful, providing excellent service. Got great recommendation for dinner options nearby. Appreciated airport cortesy shuttle and the drop-off to the Mall. Was great to be able to walk from the hotel to the township area.

Exceptional fantastic breakfast

Breakfast was pretty good. Its a standard hotel breakfast that is more than satisfying for the price/value. Also, its amazing that they are offering shuttle to the airport.

Such a great hotel and the lady at the front desk was so nice and welcoming!

I had breakfast every day for a week which was very good especially the fruit and cereals. The Sunday morning over Easter was however chaotic which not enough staff

The welcome from the staff was amazing.The whole time I was here every member of staff were so helpful and kind.Bel made sure I had a ride into Dallas to meet my tour and was so kind.Great hotel,clean good breakfast,I will return.

We’d been delayed at Memphis for 7 hours, due to thunderstorms at DFW, so it wasn’t far from the airport.

Customer Service was excellent! Front Desk staff was awesome!!

The facility was great. Very clean - the only reason I didn’t give a perfect score is bc we were given a dirty room by accident. However it was handled very well by staff!

Breakfast and other facilities were a bonus we weren’t expecting. Great sized room with good fittings. Hassle free access and free easy parking. Quick stroll up the road to a number of options for dinner. Easy to find and to get from to the airport.

Everything was excellent, especially the super helpful staff. Very comfortable stay - totally recommend!
