The location, so close to the UPenn hospital.

We stayed at this hotel to take our son to the University of Pennsylvania. You could say this hotel is located right on the UPenn campus. In other words, it’s the best hotel for visiting UPenn. Of course, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly.

Room was overall comfortable and location was perfect for my stay. Amenities were good and the complimentary coffee was perfect to kickstart the day!

Incredible facilities, very friendly and helpful staff! The rooms are massive!! Very cool design throughout. But of course the gem is the giant gym with fascinating views over the river - a dream place to exercise!

They were super helpful and let us check in early.

This hotel was exactly what I was expecting. It's always good to find a hotel/room that is exactly like the pictures. It is very clean and the location is excellent, two blocks from the metro station (with a train line direct to the airport), and close to lots of nice touristic places (such as the love square). I highly recommend it.

The location is superb and their staff are very friendly. The staff are willing to go beyond to delight their guest.

Hotel is great and brand new! First time in a no-reception, self check-in for us and everything was really smooth and easy to follow. Room is big and comfortable and location is great.

The location was perfect, the bathroom was very nice and spacious, crispy sheets. Check-in was easy. Having the vending machine on premises was convenient. The common sitting area was nice to have a place to read or such. Also nice to have had a coffee machine in the room. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building just off Rittenhouse Sqiuare. Really comfortable beds, complimentary tea/coffee water and a great continental breakfast. But it was the super friendly staff that made the hotel stand out, particularly the amazing Doug on reception . Would 100% staff here again.

Well designed, comfy bed, efficient staff

The hotel was above my expectations! The moment I saw the sign CQ and walked in I was like “WOW”! The location is so safe and central, the lobby is so cosy! Rooms are clean and they “go green” The stuff was so sweet and friendly. Dermot and Kahmir on the reception desk made my stay so much more memorable 🩷
