We stayed at the Polynesian but spent one day at the contemporary.. We are sorry we didn't spend the whole week at the Contemporary. We really recommend spending the money to rent a private cabana at the Contemporary, it was lovely and we were spoiled by the staff.
All adults attending the theme parks for the first time should go with an open mind, do not go because your kids want to go so you have to take them. Go because you want to experience the occasion with your kids remembering that you were once a kid yourself.
Love Disney but everytime I visit there's some new rule or policy and their workers can be extremely rude and ruin the magical feeling. Felt very rushed at every character breakfast especially for the amount of money you spend. I feel like if you don't have children with disabilities you get nothing magical. I also don't like the policy that you can't stand in line with your kids if you a have a smaller child who can't ride, I'm a single mother with No help and saved money to take my kids on my own and wasn't allowed to stand in line with my children and felt I spent so much money to come to Disney World to end up not being able to go on rides. There's always something that ruins my Disney trip.
We went to Disney Halliwood studios and it was fun but the lines was to long for those rides. We could only do 2 rides because we had to wait almost 2 hours to get on each ride, which ridiculously tiring.
Every year it gets more and more crowded. And some points it was almost unbearable and felt like a mosh pit at concert! We love Walt Disney world, but year after year we question going back for this reason.
Appreciated Florida resident discounted tickets. Access to Magic Kingdom Entrance is awful : park- walk far then take boat or bus or monorail then bag search then ticket check. Plan on an hour to get into park.
The place is new and clean. Great facilities. Very near from SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discover Cove. Fair distance to walt Disney World. Best choice within this price range.
Hotel was a short drive to Universal and it was nestled just inside the Walt Disney World Resort.
Went to Disney world with the kids to see their favourite Disney characters as well as universal studios to see more. Fun fun fun all the way
