We very much enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful, staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Loved the patio balcony off of our room with amazing views of Bricktown! There was plenty of drawer and closet space for our 4 night stay. Breakfast was by far the best we've ever had anywhere. It was included in our package deal, but I saw that some had to pay extra for it. Well worth the price, though.

The Staff at the Sheraton Downtown were to a person extremely professional and helpful. I plan on making it my go to Hotel in OKC.

Very clean and quiet hotel! Everything within walking or scooter distance, we went for a OKC Thunder game and was easy to just walk instead of driving and paying for parking! Brickopolis just around the corner.

Nice new structure, wonderful welcome and staff. Price also in line with the service. Position in bricktown, definitely the nicest area of OC.

A very classy hotel, beautiful bedroom, light and airy, good gym facilities and a lovely piano bar.

The location was good, the hotel is in the Bricktown district and it felt a safe area. We used Uber to get to the attractions we were wanting to see but there were places to eat within walking distance a ballpark and there was a tram which you could get as well . The staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient.

The standout was Nate on the front desk! He was always genuinely interested in how your day had gone and if there was anything you needed. It was like coming home after a big day out. Impeccable service!

The staff was very caring. My TV wouldn't work and so they switched me to another room with no problem. I liked the fact that that pool and hot tub stayed open till late.

Breakfast and location was perfect.

Location was awesome. Bricktown is beautiful and lots of restaurants near. Agape helped me out so much. I needed a flash drive and the nearest store that had one was 30 min transit ride away. She let me use her door dash so I could get it. She was so amazing and very kind and friendly to talk too. Definitely highlight of the hotel! Thank you!!

Location was great, in walking distance of the canal, botanical gardens and good restaurants. Reception staff were friendly and gave loads of info about the local area. Air conditioner in room wasn’t working and we were moved to another room with no complaints. Breakfast was good too. Loved Oklahoma and loved this hotel.

My husband had an accident during our stay and all staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

We stayed here for a family hospital surgery and stay. Everyone went above and beyond to meet our needs. The valet was very helpful as we had a handicapped family member with us.

Beautiful building and I’m impressed they were sympathetic to the history and story of the Ford production line in there.
