Everything was perfect and we loved our stay at Five Star Westlake. The spacious room / small apartment has everything you need and is a big plus when traveling for an extended period of time. We really appreciated the washing machine and the filter system for the tap water. The staff is amazing and super helpful. The variety of vegan options at the breakfast buffet was a highlight - I want to give a special thanks to Tina who went above and beyond to help us everyday at breakfast.

Very clean room, the bed was very comfortable including the pillows and quilt. Kim, the customer service representative was very welcoming & nice and went above and beyond for us to have an amazing stay :) Would definitely recommend this hotel & would stay again next time round :D

The room was very clean, breakfast was very good - nice mix of local and international cuisine. The rooftop terrace with pool is beautiful and has an amazing view of the old quarter. Staff was wonderful. So nice and helpful. 10/10!
