The family room was outstanding. Two rooms bathroom lounge and kitchen area. Very spacious and clean. Mpho was exceptional in the restaurant, made the whole experience that much better.

I liked most things l have seen at the hotel, except the carpet floor.

Huge rooms, good facilities, very smart

The staff was really friendly. The check in is usually at 2 pm or 3pm but I showed up at 1 am and they still arranged things for me. They were so understanding and helpful in anything I needed help with. The room was clean and cozy, I really enjoyed it. It was affordable and comfortable.

Amazing food variety. The stuff is top notch. Mr Lucus helped me sort out a lot, tho I arrived too early, he was ready to assist me get a shuttle from the airport to my hotel. The amenities are great, the hotel is connected to Sunny park mall, thus you have access to a wide range of shops. You feel more happy than being at home, guess why no one wants to leave. 😃 I had booked for 3 days initially but within a day I added more days.

Staff went above and beyond to help us when we had a snag with docs for our visa at VFS....so helpful and willing.Highly recommend a stay here.
