Hawun Valley Kiulu dispone de bañera de hidromasaje y ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado en Tamparuli, a 39 km de Filipino Market Sabah, a 34 km de Likas City Mosque y a 39 km de Sabah State... Didn’t expect the room come with little pantry with ricecooker, water kettle, and stove to cook. Plates, cups and utensil for cooking also provided. But they only allow Halal food ya. There is fridge also. Room is very clean and love the sweet pink color room😆 pool is not too deep and have lovely warm temperature. This place is well maintain.

Really friendly, hard working and down to earth family who want to make your stay as good as possible. The location is amazing and you can truly disconnect if you'd like. You can also find a balance and enjoy being in the middle of nowhere by the sea yet have wifi to still call your family or do some work. It's the best balance. The cabins are right on the beach so we spent most of our time chilling outside on the beds watching the sea, listening to music and sometimes cooling off by going for a quick dip. It's like a little disconnected paradise.

Located in Mantanani Island, GreenHouse Lodge provides accommodation with access to a garden. The property boasts reusable plastic materials, using energy-saving lighting and conserving rainwater. We had a fantastic time on Mantanani Island. Superb location, right on the beach, no other hotels in the area. We were spoiled by Fred's wife (owner) who is in charge of the food. As vegetarians, we could not find a better place! No other restaurants in the area tough. Kayaks and snorkeling gear available, which we recommend. Nice walk to the nearby village too. Swimming in the sea here is very nice, no strong currents. Transfer is well arranged. Pick up (early!) in your hotel in KK, boat is waiting to bring you to the island and visa versa.

El The Last Frontier Boutique Resort se encuentra en Bilit, en lo alto de una colina de 100 metros con vistas a la reserva forestal de Kinabatangan y a 2 horas en coche de la hermosa Sandakan. I cannot rate this place highly enough. Firstly the staff were the nicest bunch of people, who genuinely care that the guests have a great trip, and are passionate about the environment and the wildlife. Secondly, this is the only place in the area actually inside the jungle, rather than on the river. And that matters because you're much more likely to see an Orang utan in the wild staying here. We were lucky enough to see one, and the guys running the place were overjoyed for us. It was a truly breathtaking moment. And we saw monitor lizards and Hornbills causally wandering/ flying around. The guys running the place could not do enough for us. Also the food was great, and included. Travel is quite a hobby for me, I have been travelling the world regularly for over 30 years now and I have stayed in a lot of places, from luxury hotels to eco-resorts etc. This rates as high as any experience I have had anywhere. I wish there were more places run this well and with this much passion in the world.

Bayu Senja Lodge se encuentra en Kundasang y dispone de vistas al jardín, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. We stayed at this lodge for one night. It's very nice and comfortable lodge especially the room with balcony. It's beyond my expectations. Very clean and tidy room. The toilet is also very clean, shower and heater works properly and great. The view from this lodge is very amazing although mount Kinabalu is not at our side but the view is still very nice and amazing. Overall, Bayu Senja Lodge ( especially the room with balcony ) is very nice, good and comfortable to stay. The management should build more room like this in the future. Once the lodge canteen starts operating, the lodge has become much better place to choose for staying.

Borneo Jungle Adventure está en Kinabatangan y dispone de wifi gratis, terraza, restaurante y zona de barbacoa. Increible experiencia, el guia Khai y todo el personal del hotel fueron amables, atentos y cercanos con nosotros en todo momento. Además, Khai consiguió que vieramos el Big 5 de Borneo. Recomendado al 100%.

Borneo Sepilok Rainforest Resort se encuentra en Sepilok y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año, restaurante y bar. Very nice hotel In the jungle! Nice, clean pool,very friendly staff,big and clean rooms.

Nulu View Cabin se encuentra en Kundasang, en la región de Sabah, y ofrece alojamiento con parking privado gratis. Great view, superb facilities, clean & comfortable.

Maglami-lami Water House está en Semporna y dispone de vistas al mar y restaurante. Hay un baño privado con bidet en todas las unidades, además de artículos de aseo gratuitos y zapatillas. Absolutamente perfecto. Nos costaría explicar con palabras lo que vivimos allí. Ubicación inmejorable en mitad del mar con los mejores amaneceres que hemos visto en nuestra vida; comida casera y deliciosa; actividades divertidas y bien organizadas. Y sobre todo el personal, servicial y sonriente; incluso nos ayudaron los quemaduras de sol jajajaj No os lo penséis, merece la pena salir del ruido de Mabul y disfrutar de su hospitalidad :)

Tampat do Aman se encuentra en Kudat y ofrece wifi gratis, jardín, terraza y restaurante. Howard was so passionate and informative, he went above and beyond to make this a great stay for us. Nothing was too much trouble and his family were so welcoming and hospitable. The lodges are a great location in the jungle, but also a 25 minute walk to the beach. It's an interesting but also peaceful environment to spend a few days exploring the area. The beach walk recommend by Howard was amazing, it's like paradise!
