It was really a huge highlight to meet them, they run a very detail oriented operation, in a fantástica location and with great accommodations. The rooms were superb and the food delicious and very gourmet.

Featuring a thermal spa complex and three outdoor hot spring pools, with a gourmet restaurant. The lodge can only be accessed by boat and it features on-site shops and meeting facilities. Thermal pools Spacious, comfy rooms with beautiful views. Excellent service.

Patagonia is a luxurious mountain lodge set against the panoramic backdrop of the snow-capped Andes. It offers 4 exclusive suites with free Wi-Fi and balconies with views of Coyhaique Valley. Ruth and her team are doing things right. It starts with the friendly staff (and perky rescue pets) at check-in. The rooms are impeccable. High-quality matress and bedding, beautiful wood materials, very nice bathroom with walk-in shower and excellent water pressure (not always a given in this part of the country). Large picture frame windows offering views of the surrounding scenery. The grounds are well kept with a focus on endemic species of trees and plants. We had dinner at their restaurant. Again, service with a smile and really good food. Breakfast was buffet style, with cooked-to-order eggs, a selection of pastries, meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, fresh baked bread, fruits, juices, etc. etc. We traveled around Chile for about a month, and this was hands down our favorite place.

The place was quiet and had a rustic charm to it. Breakfast was superb. Luis, the owner, was kind enough to make a special tea for our road trip as I wasn't feeling well. Great hospitality.
