Hawun Valley Kiulu erbjuder luftkonditionerat boende med ett bubbelbad i Tamparuli, 39 km från Filipino Market Sabah, 34 km från Likas City Mosque och 39 km från Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village.... Didn’t expect the room come with little pantry with ricecooker, water kettle, and stove to cook. Plates, cups and utensil for cooking also provided. But they only allow Halal food ya. There is fridge also. Room is very clean and love the sweet pink color room😆 pool is not too deep and have lovely warm temperature. This place is well maintain.

Really friendly, hard working and down to earth family who want to make your stay as good as possible. The location is amazing and you can truly disconnect if you'd like. You can also find a balance and enjoy being in the middle of nowhere by the sea yet have wifi to still call your family or do some work. It's the best balance. The cabins are right on the beach so we spent most of our time chilling outside on the beds watching the sea, listening to music and sometimes cooling off by going for a quick dip. It's like a little disconnected paradise.

Located in Mantanani Island, GreenHouse Lodge provides accommodation with access to a garden. The property boasts reusable plastic materials, using energy-saving lighting and conserving rainwater. We had a fantastic time on Mantanani Island. Superb location, right on the beach, no other hotels in the area. We were spoiled by Fred's wife (owner) who is in charge of the food. As vegetarians, we could not find a better place! No other restaurants in the area tough. Kayaks and snorkeling gear available, which we recommend. Nice walk to the nearby village too. Swimming in the sea here is very nice, no strong currents. Transfer is well arranged. Pick up (early!) in your hotel in KK, boat is waiting to bring you to the island and visa versa.

The Last Frontier Boutique Resort ligger på en 100 meter hög kulle med utsikt över Kinabatangan Forest Reserve i Bilit, 2 timmars bilresa från den vackra Sandakan. I cannot rate this place highly enough. Firstly the staff were the nicest bunch of people, who genuinely care that the guests have a great trip, and are passionate about the environment and the wildlife. Secondly, this is the only place in the area actually inside the jungle, rather than on the river. And that matters because you're much more likely to see an Orang utan in the wild staying here. We were lucky enough to see one, and the guys running the place were overjoyed for us. It was a truly breathtaking moment. And we saw monitor lizards and Hornbills causally wandering/ flying around. The guys running the place could not do enough for us. Also the food was great, and included. Travel is quite a hobby for me, I have been travelling the world regularly for over 30 years now and I have stayed in a lot of places, from luxury hotels to eco-resorts etc. This rates as high as any experience I have had anywhere. I wish there were more places run this well and with this much passion in the world.

Bayu Senja Lodge ligger i Kundasang och erbjuder utsikt över trädgården, gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering. We stayed at this lodge for one night. It's very nice and comfortable lodge especially the room with balcony. It's beyond my expectations. Very clean and tidy room. The toilet is also very clean, shower and heater works properly and great. The view from this lodge is very amazing although mount Kinabalu is not at our side but the view is still very nice and amazing. Overall, Bayu Senja Lodge ( especially the room with balcony ) is very nice, good and comfortable to stay. The management should build more room like this in the future. Once the lodge canteen starts operating, the lodge has become much better place to choose for staying.

Borneo Jungle Adventure ligger i Kinabatangan i regionen Sabah och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering. Så spännande att bo i djungeln! Inga bilvägar går hit, man blir hämtad med båt och tillbringar stora delar av dagen på floden. Djur hälsar på, apor kommer nära och det är magiskt att färdas på vattnet och in i djuren och naturens värld. Personalen var så trevlig och tillmötesgående och vår guide Marc gjorde resan oförglömlig. Vi såg elefanterna bara ett par meter bort från båten. Otroligt god mat!

Borneo Sepilok Rainforest Resort ligger i Sepilok i regionen Sabah och erbjuder boende med gratis privat parkering samt tillgång till ett bubbelbad. Very nice hotel In the jungle! Nice, clean pool,very friendly staff,big and clean rooms.

Nulu View Cabin ligger i Kundasang i regionen Sabah och erbjuder boende med gratis privat parkering. Great view, superb facilities, clean & comfortable.

Maglami-lami Water House ligger i Semporna och erbjuder boende med utsikt över havet samt en restaurang. I alla boendeenheter finns ett eget badrum med en bidé, gratis toalettartiklar och tofflor. Nice place to stay. The view was awesome.

Tampat do Aman ligger i Kudat och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi. Som gäst har du tillgång till en trädgård, en terrass och en restaurang. Det här är ett toppen boende om man gillar att vistats i naturen och befinna sig på en tyst och avslappnad plats, som har nära till fina stränder där det knappt är några människor. Hade turen att se solnedgången samt uppgången dagen efter. Värden Howard var otroligt välkomnande och tog väl hand om en och visade ett genuint intresse för boendet likaväl som området och lokalbefolkningen. Rekommenderar starkt detta boende.
