Nous avions un grand logement rien que pour nous, avec une cuisine et notre piscine privative. Le logement était très beau et impeccable. Le cadre est calme, intimiste et apaisant, et le personnel était adorable, toujours disponible et à l’écoute. Le petit-déjeuner était servi tous les jours à l’heure souhaitée sur la petite table à l’extérieur, face à la piscine. L’hôtel nous a organisé des scooters, et un spa génial est disponible juste à côté. Un véritable petit coin de paradis !

We absolutely wanted to experience staying in a bamboo cabin in the heart of the jungle, and Bamboo Ecolodge completely lived up to our expectations. The setting is simply idyllic — you’re immersed in nature, surrounded by forest, while still feeling perfectly safe and comfortable. Our cabin was beautiful, with a lovely view of the river from the balcony — such a peaceful and soothing way to start and end the day. There’s also a small, charming pool on site, perfect for relaxing at any time. The staff were amazing: friendly, responsive, attentive, and genuinely kind. You really feel taken care of and welcomed. It was a fantastic and unforgettable experience, and we would recommend it 100%.

It's not possible to staten how good this place is. It looked great from the pictures and I was expecting a beautiful room and environment but this place still exceeded my expectations. What is not mentioned enough in the review is the food. It was the best breakfast I've had (I've stayed at 10+ different places in Bali) and the evening menu is great. Even as a vegetarian I could find plenty of good dishes. The environment around the hotel is amazing and perfect for walks. This is one of the cleanest areas in Bali I have visited. It is not hard to get cabs to/from the place and the staff is extremely friendly and don't mind talking about the area. The rooms was amazing and I loved to see the nightsky and the fireflies from my balcony.

It’s exactly what I was looking for. In the middle of the rice field, you wake up and enjoy the beauty of the nature. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and it was very nice as well.

Our stay was unforgettable; we enjoyed every moment and felt everything was taken care of from the first day to the last. The villa itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and very well looked after, with a fantastic pool and a breathtaking view that makes every day feel special. One of the highlights was the setting: just a short distance from Ubud center while still being wonderfully quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. It was very easy to explore all the main attractions and then return to a calm, comfortable place where we could truly rest and enjoy our time. Breakfast quickly became one of our favorite daily rituals, whether we had it on the balcony or by the pool, always accompanied by a gorgeous view. Putu deserves a very special mention, as he is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely outstanding in the way he takes care of guests. He organized everything for us, from renting bikes to arranging a fantastic massage on our balcony, and all the staff were just as friendly and hospitable. We were so happy with our stay that we are already looking forward to coming back. We warmly recommend this villa to anyone considering it and are truly grateful for everything that was done for us.

The staff could not have done more to put us at ease and make us comfortable. We arrived very late and communication was fantastic, they met us at the pick up location and took our bags and ferried us to the accommodation. We were greeted with a lovely flower arrangement for our honeymoon. They seamlessly organised moped hire and a couples’ massage for us for our honeymoon. We’ll miss their warm smiles and conversations every day! The location is so calm compared to the hustle and bustle of central Ubud, yet you’re in the centre by moped in just 10 minutes. Because there are only a few villas, the pool was always quiet and not crowded.
