This was easily the largest room I've ever encountered in my many Ireland visits. It was also among the nicest and most comfortable. The room was modern, pristinely clean, and had a view overlooking Keel Strand that would be difficult to beat. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming and gave us great recommendations on dinner and exploration options. The bed was perfectly comfortable, and the room included sitting chairs, an electric kettle with supplies, and other little treats. Towels were included and the bathroom had shampoo and shower gel provided. Communication with the host was great.

Being in the heart of nature with no close by neighbours, the views, having all house needs fulfilled, the small attentions like the prosecco bottle, the hospitality of the hosts, the small service they did for us on the last day... My son met a donkey for the first time (but tell no one: I think I loved feeding her carrots more than my son did). The toys in the house.. The hot water and heating in no time.. There isn't really much not to like.

The perfect autumnal getaway in a modern & well equipped lodge in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. A lovely place to switch off and relax. The grounds were gorgeous with lots of facilities! The outdoor spa was wonderful even in the rain and my massage was amazing! All the staff were very friendly and gave a the place a very welcoming and homely feel! I would love to return again!
