We were there in February for 4 nights and we could get a clear view early in the morning. We didn't book full room and board, only with breakfast since we were exploring locally with our expert guide, Charles Mathenge. Charles was recommended by Rhino Watch and we used him for a long Safari. He is a naturalist by training and knows all the parks, animals, and plants by heart. Aberdares NP is close to the property and has a totally different climate from the plains - well worth it for gorgeous scenery, wild pigs and endangered monkeys. Rhino Watch is locally owned and the owners are very active with their own foundation to help the local community.
