Stepping into this house is like entering a secret world. The building has been beautifully restored by its supremely talented architect owner. A total joy to be there, even on a grim day/night in January. The garden must be fantastic in the summer. Very comfortable beds and a sumptuous bathroom, and so many clever and sympathetic design details. A huge amount of care was taken to welcome me and ensure I had everything I needed. Delicious breakfast. Endlessly patient with my mangled schoolboy French. All in all, a total delight. I'll be back en famille.

The location was lovely and quiet in a residential area. Easy 20-minute walk to the centre of Arras. The place was clean, tidy, comfortable, and a good place to relax. Hosts were super responsive and helpful when needed. The closest shop is a 5-minute walk. Added bonus of being able to park right outside the place for free!

We were met by Guillame who let us in and explained everything about the accommodation. Guillame's English was perfect by the way. It was an easy walk to a restaurant in Arras in the evening and it was great to have breakfast in the morning before our journey home. We were able to park on the road outside the accommodation overnight.
