Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Goa was nothing short of incredible. I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but the level of service here truly stands out as the best I’ve ever experienced. It was my partner’s birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. To my surprise, the staff proactively reached out to me ahead of time to plan something memorable. They decorated the room beautifully with balloons, brought flowers and a delicious cake — it was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made the day unforgettable. The resort itself is stunning, with impeccable grounds and facilities, but what truly sets it apart is the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Thank you to the entire team at Grand Hyatt Goa for making our celebration so magical. We’ll definitely be back!

Cute little neighborhood walking distance from the Latin Quarter. Spotlessly clean. Bed was soft and comfortable. Air conditioner and fan worked well. Shower had good water pressure and the floor was not slippery and dried quickly. I had a nice balcony with a view of the neighborhood and palm trees and a little bit of the water in the distance. John organized a Motorbike for me and also a taxi to Benaulim when I left.

Clean rooms,good wifi connection, staff was helpful and good service by hotel staff.

Location, service, great breakfast, great food, happy hours, very clean , value for money

River view or forest view both are mesmerizing. Birds chirping in the morning is priceless. Young India at work. You will be surprised how courteous the staff is. Kids friendly. Our two years and 4 year old grandchildren had a good time in the pool and at breakfast counters.

The view from the room overlooking the Manovi River was stunning and truly enhanced our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the area, adding great value for the price. .

Property needs major renovation. It’s far away from shown in the pictures. Inspite of having good location, property is not maintained. One has to search for its Name Board. Rooms are spacious but old furniture’s and fittings in bad shape.

The location was fantastic, the staff were friendly, breakfast was very traditional and tasty. Rooms were big and bed was super comfy.

The location was perfect. We rented a moped and we were able to drive around town quickly and easily. The hotel is located within walking distance of the beach and many great restaurants. Swiggy deliveries were all super quick too. The staff was very responsive, kind and welcoming.
