Extremely clean place (with every day change of the bedding), in a perfect location (right next to the sea). A pleasantly renovated hotel, which has nevertheless preserved the spirit of the time in which it was built and the feeling of authenticity. The breakfast is in a wonderful garden, with only the best products.

15 years,ago we stayed in this hotel. This time we came with our grandchildren.

Big room and clean. Friendly staff

Everything. Our room had a sea view, wonderful. The building is a historic one in early 20th century which has been renovated beautifully. Rooms are specious and clean and the bathroom was very big with a amazing shower. Breakfast is perfect. Quality, quantity, variety. Extra bonus an aromatique water.

Really nice room. Soundproof is very good. Newly repaired. Everything was there, what you need. You can come with nothing, and you will find everything you need. Very good location.

Hotel is ver well located, staff are super friendly and helpful with any requirements. Breakfast is fresh and high quality Price compared to other hotels in the area is very reasonable. You are very close to the city center and with 25 minutes walk you arrive at the closest beach

It's an hotel that by longs to the church. So it was kept on purpose serene, simple and quiet. Had excellent view, excellent staff, excellent restaurant. One of the best hotels IN THE WORLD!

My wife and I stayed at ……. One night. If you’re around Genova, you must absolutely visit this place in the heart of the mountains. Only 10 minutes away from the city of Rappallo. We were received by Giacomo and his family, the most adorable people. The way Giacomo and his wife Monica treated us made us feel like a family member. We reserved the farm room which has the spa. The decoration is very cozy, unique and comfortable. We ate inside the room which was very surprising to us! It was late at night and we couldn’t eat outside so Monica made pesto for us. Probably the most delicious pesto we have ever tried

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Laura is an exceptional host friendly, caring, and always available whenever we needed anything. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The property exceeded all our expectations. The private parking is large and convenient, the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and the location is perfect. It’s only a short drive to the city, while offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. The room was beautifully designed, with modern furniture, tasteful decoration, and everything felt brand new. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We genuinely didn’t want to leave. We were supposed to continue our trip to Rome, but we actually considered staying here for a few more days because we enjoyed it so much. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We would be delighted to come back in the future!

Luca, the owner, was very kind, helpful, and flexible. We were welcomed with fruit and water in the fridge. The apartment was spacious, elegant, and comfortable, with a terrace offering a beautiful view. Breakfast in the garden was rich and delicious. A wonderful stay - everything was perfect and highly recommended 👍

The location was excellent, and we were given a clean room with a sea view. The hot water was fantastic, and the air conditioning provided both heat and cold, which was important for us since we came in winter and the room was very warm. The value for money was more than satisfactory. The staff, especially the young man at the front desk, was very friendly. Even though we asked him billion questions about the city, he answered them all, including recommendations for places to eat, etc. He was very helpful in every way. As two women, we had a very comfortable stay.

The view from our room was spectacular. Sitting on our patio with a glass of wine, watching the boats go by, was a highlight for us. The hotel was so nice we didn't want to leave it to sightsee! Service was superb from the moment we got there and we enjoyed the included breakfast on the patio. The pool with sea views was particularly special.

Everything was superb, the hotel deserves 5 stars***** , everything was wonderful. I recommend everyone to stay here because it is quiet, the cleanliness is superlative and the staff is very kind and prepared.

Location is great! Close to the train station and close to the main interest areas! Staff was super friendly and very helpful! Breakfast was great! Not a huge variety but for Italy it is a lot(in other hotels fancier than this we got a coffee and a biscuit)! The room size was good and although we found that soundproofing is not the best we did not have a huge amount of noise passing through the walls. Overall a great experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel!
