NetherlandsThe room was beautiful, super clean and practical. It had a nice balcony and bathroom as well. Everything was new and worked perfectly. The room is cleaned every day if you wish. The owner was easy to reach and any question was answered quickly. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walking from the train station and from the start of the main street. You don't hear cars or trains.

Both the hotel and the people of it were amazing, we felt really warmly welcomed. Especially the people, they were super kind. The hotel itself was small and cute, located in the perfect spot near the marine area, down the main street of Manarola. Breakfast was amazing. They cooked us pancakes and fresh coffee every morning, everything was just perfectly fresh and delicious. The staff of Marina Piccola really took care of us and helped with any questions or matter. They truly made our vacation a success.

We stayed in the appartment that was nicely equipped! With supermarket on the corner, we could buy groceries and prepare dinner in the kitchen that had all we needed (except of a peeler :)). Very easy to get to the beach and to the train station! Perfect location if you want to visit the 5 Terre! Hotel provided parking permit so we could park just outside the apartment. There was no A/C, but there were fans. All in all, very nice stay!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Everything was impeccably clean. The accommodation was charmingly and sweetly decorated, and we were greeted with a lovely welcome gift. The apartment is modernly equipped. The host is available 24/7 via WhatsApp for any needs. We received a warm welcome and will definitely return.

Great location right in the centre of town which makes it very convenient for enjoying the evenings. The disadvantage is that it is difficult to bring the suitcases to the apartment if you are not in a good condition. Despite its central location, the apartment was quite and one could sleep well as it did not get so hot. The only thing one had to get used to was the little daylight but as one spends the day outside anyway, this should not be a problem

Wonderful spacious accommodation from which you can explore Genova and the Ligurian coast (Camogli, Cinque Terre, Nervi, Portofino).
Serena is a very helpful host and provided us with many useful tips. The apartment is closely located to Boccadasse and has everything you need (airco, dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen)

The location of the accommodation was very convenient for our group of four, as we were coming off a cruise. There were shops nearby and it was around 10 minutes to walk to the main shopping area of LaSpezia. The supplies provided for us far exceeded our expectations and a lot of careful thought had gone into their purchase. We all wished we were staying longer in this delightful apartment. Also could spend more time in this excellent accommodation and city.

The location is absolute fantastic. The apartment has everything you need for a great vacation. It was very hot outside, but the ventilator and the aircondition worked perfectly. The Wifi, washdisher and washing machine made out vacation very comfortable. There are a lot of people in the restaurations outside in the evening which is cosy and around midnight it is quiet.

Clean apartment, lovely ladies was cleaning our room everyday. Room has beautiful sea view, and beach is 1 minut walk. Two ladies in the hotel restaurant were very kind, give us great hospitality, and were making us coffee every morning.

The apartment is a part of a big, old italian house. It includes a little garden with a lemon tree and a seating group which makes the accommodation very pleasant. It's only a few minutes walk to the beach and to the center of Levanto. When checking in we were welcomed by a person so it was easy to get information and ask questions. The apartment doesn't get so warm so it works well without AC.

We loved Giorgio and Barbara's apartment! Clean, comfortable, all the necessary things are available. They left us a fridge full of various drinks, as well as freshly baked focaccia and various breakfast snacks. Very convenient location. The city beach is a 7-minute walk, the train and bus station is a 10-minute walk. We were very pleased with our vacation!

Location is excellent, about 5-10 mins from the old town of Genova, with plenty of non-touristy shopping options nearby in a traditional neighborhood. The apartment is fitted with nice new furniture and bathroom and kitchen appliances, and fully equipped with cleaning material and kitchenware. Also, air conditioning in both rooms (essential during the summer), and easy check in. Owner was available and helpful remotely when we ran into some issues with the electricity.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, pleasant, close to the beach, in a quiet zone of the region. Definitely recommend. Concerning the parking, after we didn’t find a free parking with a card that was offered by the host, he offered us a private parking and was receptive when we wanted to leave. The region of Levanto is perfect for family vacation and this apartment is a perfect match. Despite having no AC, the room temperature was very cool and we had no problems. There are 2 ventilators that we rarely used.

The accommodation is in a very good location, right next to the pedestrian zone. The room is in an excellent, nicely furnished apartment. The room is spacious and comfortable. There are many excellent breakfast places on the main street. We were satisfied with everything.

Thanks to this place our short vacation was really satisfying. The apartment was super clean and modern, we felt at home and not just in a “b&b”. Not noisy at all even if it’s in city centre and so close to the seaport so going to cinque terre was really easy.
