Wally exceeded all expectations. The place was in a wonderful spot, the facilities were amazing, the room is super spacious, clean and comfortable. She greeted us with a smile, fruit bowls and chocolate. The minibar was free and we also got breakfast for free in a nearby cafe. We came for a concert and she actually took us there in her car which was mind blowing. Thank you Wally for a wonderful stay. We will definitely come back if we’re in Bassano del Grappa.

Super clean, instructions about appliances, staff available and accommodating. Beds comfortable, good shower. Host put on air conditioning for us as we came off the mountain! And they helped us with a private taxi service cause we were traveling on a holiday. Really exceptional service. Highly recommend!
