Everything was great. They put us in a really nice room down by the beach and the staff was friendly. Dinner was very busy, but breakfast was calm and quiet.

There was a mix up in booking and we were moved to selin hotel. We were absolutely not happy with the room, it had a tiny window and no balcony to dry anything. The room was small and cramped for 3 people and not what we booked. That being said, everything else was fantastic. The hotel shares the grounds and services with 2 other hotels so 3 in total. Each hotel has their own facilities but of course you can use any of the hotels bars, pools, playground etc but you cannot use the main buffet restaurant in other hotels. The bars were great and it was fantastic having all inclusive not having to worry about finding payment methods each time. The restaurants we used was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the BBQ snack bar on the beach. The buffet was also great the 3 nights we dined there. Table service for drinks and staff on hand. Kids entertainment is fantastic, there are lots of playgrounds and toddler swimming pools. Cafes, ice creams etc the beach was great and we booked a cabana which I highly recommend. Overall we would return but not in the same room.. The team really do try their best despite customers being rude to them which I saw often. Not very nice to treat staff rudely when ordering drinks or food. They still remained professional. Well done.

Personal was polite and helpful, rooms were clean and big, wide variety of food, kids club with various interesting activities and tournaments, mini disco every evening, entertainment for adults daily, great aquaslides for kids (one was under huge umbrella which was great in the afternoon). Absolutely amazing! Best hotel in the area. We had a great overall experience. The food was delicious and high quality—we usually get sick at all-inclusive resorts due to poor food, but this hotel was completely different. The staff was outstanding—you can tell they’re well-trained and genuinely care. There was always plenty to eat throughout the day, with drinks, ice cream, and snacks readily available. The coffee shop was a great bonus! The beach was awesome, with food and drinks available there all day. It's accessible by a shuttle that runs every 5 minutes (though it's not widely advertised), and you can also walk, so it’s very convenient. The pools were clean, especially the kids' pool. No complaints at all—we will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone!
