Personalet er fantastisk. Alle er super venlige og smilende og der er fremragende service. Flot og rent hotel med Behagelige værelser. Poolområdet er også flot. Der er håndklæder og man får vand. Der er en rigtig god rooftop bar med flot udsigt hvor der er god stemning om aftenen med musik. God café og restauranter på hotellet og så er der direkte adgang til en lille tunnel som fører til souq. Området omkring hotellet er også hyggeligt. Der er caféer, bager og supermarked .
