The staff were super friendly. Special shout out to Karen who was extremely helpful when we were checking in and assisted us in upgrading from a studio to a one bedroom. The restaurant was also amazing, the service, the food, the ambience. We loved it. The building windows are sound proof, so you will not hear any construction sound.

Everything. From the moment we arrived, the service, the room, and the overall atmosphere were exceptional. We were kindly upgraded to a spacious and beautiful suite, with an incredibly comfortable bed, a stunning bathroom with his and hers areas and a bathtub overlooking the view. Housekeeping was impeccable with evening turndown service, even the bell captain and valet were extremely attentive and helpful. The location is also perfect as it’s close to everything you need in Dubai, which made getting around very easy. The entire experience felt truly luxurious and memorable.

Labai malonus aptarnavimas. Labai aukstos kompetencijos registraturos darbuotojas Vlad, nebuvo situaciju kuriu jis neissprestu ar nepaaiskintu. Tikras relax baseine ant stogo, yra yacuzzi. Maitinimas prabangus, visko daug ir maistas ivairus. Viesbucio vieta puiki, taksi 130-200AED bet reikia imti 100m nuo viesbucio tada bus 100-80AED.
