Excellent boutique hotel to stay at! Everything was incredible, super nice and clean room, yummy breakfast, lovely common spaces and friendly staff.

It was pure luxury. We had stayed elsewhere in salta and this was such an upgrade. The shower and bath were fab. The bed super comfy, breakfast was excellent

Ubicato a Cafayate, El Porvenir Wine Lodge offre camere a 5 stelle, una piscina all’aperto stagionale, un giardino e un ristorante. We stayed in a lodge which was amazing with views across the vines to the mountains beyond. The hotel location is perfect. It is right in the midst of the vineyard but only a short walk (10 minutes) to the main square of Cafayate. Breakfast was lovely and served outside the main building. The pool was great. There was a burrowing owl who had made its home right between the pool and the vines! I recommend both the wine tour, tasting and restaurant at Nanni. Tasting at El Esteco and El Transito was also great.

L'Altalaluna è un lussuoso palazzo in stile coloniale e offre una spa, un ristorante gourmet, una piscina all'aperto con vista panoramica e la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita. This is the best hotel we have been to in Argentina, the place is just wonderful and the employees are very nice! The location is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards, the hotel's architecture is stunning (it looks like a Spanish "masia" or a countryside house in Italy's Tuscany). When we arrived they gave us a room in the first floor and asked for a room in the floor above to have better views, they did all they could to change our room free of charge. They also offered a free wine-tasting, so we had the chance to try all of their wines with some cheese platters (white, red, rose, from the cheaper end to the very expensive end) with a professional sommelier. The hotel offers some activities (we did a horseback-riding excursion). In the evening the garden and the terrace are full of people enjoying some nice wine, the atmosphere is really magical. A lot of people ignore the area of Cafayate (and head to Mendoza instead), that is a big mistake, not only do I think that Cafayate wine is nicer but the area is beautiful. I strongly recommend staying here!
