Stayed for 3 nights. Check-in and check-out were seamless, with the host personally handing over the keys and providing helpful instructions, and similarly present for departure to verify everything. The property is very centrally located, which is perfect for exploring the small town. On a clear day, you can enjoy views of the Jungfrau directly from the main room. The interiors are spotless and modern—this is clearly a new property, and we loved it. The elevator made access easy and convenient. Parking is just across the street and covered, which was very convenient. The kitchen is well-equipped with a good selection of utensils, making it easy to cook if needed. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The few days we spent at Grandhotel Giessbach were truly like a dream. The hotel’s stunning natural scenery, historical architecture, and peaceful atmosphere captivated us from the very first moment. Everything was thoughtfully planned and flawless. However, one of the most important details that made our stay so special was meeting Kris Jungo, who works at the Front Office. Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. He patiently answered all our questions and enhanced our vacation with his recommendations, making it much more enjoyable. Kris’s professionalism and warmth were a wonderful reflection of Grandhotel Giessbach’s quality. Staying at this hotel is not only a peaceful getaway but also an opportunity to meet wonderful people.
