Request Type : Property Description Nowhere do the stars shine more intensely and the sunrises are more spectacular than on Pilatus Kulm. So close to Lucerne and yet in a completely different world. An amazing stay. We arrived to crystal clear skies and snow capped mountains, in time to watch the sun set. After a gorgeous meal in the Queen Victoria restaurant, we awoke the next day to a white out - snow had descended! But nothing stops the Swiss from operating in the snow, so all cable cars etc were running as normal. A thoroughly different, and truly magnificent stay, would highly recommend.

WOW! What an amazing hotel. The staff are so welcoming and are happy to answer any question you might have, even if its not necessarily related to the hotel itself. The rooms are so clean, big, amazing view, its very clear they put a lot of thought into every small detail. The breakfast is AMAZING! One of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had. The wellness area is well maintained and offers a good variety of options Highly highly recommend this hotel
