Request Type : Property Description Nowhere do the stars shine more intensely and the sunrises are more spectacular than on Pilatus Kulm. So close to Lucerne and yet in a completely different world. Lovely room with a spacious, beautiful bathroom. A unique experience high up in the mountains. The dinner was absolutely delicious. A stunning place to explore the surroundings and, of course, to enjoy a beautiful sunset and sunrise.

WOW! What an amazing hotel. The staff are so welcoming and are happy to answer any question you might have, even if its not necessarily related to the hotel itself. The rooms are so clean, big, amazing view, its very clear they put a lot of thought into every small detail. The breakfast is AMAZING! One of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had. The luxurious Grand Hotel National is situated directly on the shore of Lake Lucerne, only a 5-minute walk from the train station and the old town. Location,lake view comfortable rooms,breakfast,the bar,the restaurants,the hotel’s staff . The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, especially Ms. Merve Karaçomak took great care of us and helped us and made suggestions to make our trip a pleasant one.
