Situado no centro de estilo barroco de Solothurn, o Boutique Hotel La Couronne é um dos hotéis mais antigos da Suíça e foi completamente renovado em 2016. This is the second time I stay at La Couronne Hotel with my family, and it wont be the last, and there is a reason for that. The staff is exceptional .. friendly and very courteous .. I have to mention Mr. Suter, who is extremely professional and provided us with all the assistance we needed, and more, and made our stay pleasurable.

The hosts Rudolf and Evelyn are so kind and helpful and take care of every little detail in the house to feel spoiled. The location was great, near Thun, as we wanted in the country side and 1 hour- drives to great locations like Lauterbrunnen, Gstaad, Zweisimmen, Interlaken etc. The sauna was so cozy and excellent after the hikes. We def would like to comw back again! I do not leave many reviews but Rudolf and Evelyn defenitely deserve the highest rating!

From the beginning, I was impressed by the central location and the interactions I had with Dominique, the hostess. I had a few questions beforehand, and she answered all of them thoroughly. She went out of her way to ensure that everything was perfect for me. Dominique kindly picked me up, met me, and showed me all the facilities, operations, and functions. The apartment was even better than the pictures suggested. Everything worked perfectly, and I didn’t encounter any issues during my stay. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and exactly as one would expect. At the end of my stay, we connected again, and the check-out process went smoothly, including returning the keys and securing the apartment. Throughout my visit, I felt treated like family, which made the experience all the more special.

Quick easy communications from Gaston, the lovely host. Parking right at the door. Large comfortable bed. Strong wifi. Nice touch with the nespresso coffee machine in the room. Bathroom is large, and only shared with one other room (which was vacant when I stayed so I had the bathroom all to myself.) Only a 9-minute drive from the center of Solothurn.
