We stayed the suite which is spacious for kids to enjoy playing the snow in the lovely garden area!

A complimentary taxi was arranged to pick us up (and take us back on departure as well), then we were greeted warmly at the hotel and shown the beautiful spa and facility on arrival. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They even called us to offer to bring us breakfast one morning we all overstepped and almost missed breakfast (which by the way is amazing). The spa is icing on the cake after skiing…with very relaxing massages they arranged for us. It is great value for luxury!!! We would definitely return.

Perfect location, just far enough away from the busy life in Saas Fee to experience the tranquility of the woods. Beautiful views of the Weissmies and the valley below. Excellent kitchen and an impressive wine cellar. Nevertheless, it was the friendliness and personal attention from everyone in the hotell staff that made the biggest impression. Top notch!

Gorgeous Resort and spacious for a family of 4 with young children. The beds were well thought out. Amazing breakfast and quite superior from European standards. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Spa was great with heated pool overlooking the Matterhorn. They’ve got some great restaurants. Location was great to go directly Sunnega via the lift.

Offering a terrace and mountain view, Montela Apartment-Hotel & Resort in the holiday region Saas-Fee Saastal is set in Saas-Grund, 14 km from Allalin Glacier and 40 km from Zermatt Railway Station. The apartment is very spacious, clean, has lots of storage which is great when going skiing with two grown ups and two teenagers. Very complete kitchen with even a fondue set and gourmet set in the apartment. Meat can be ordered from the butcher at reception! Great bathrooms, one with the most amazing shower, one with a very nice bath (especially great after skiing). Nice floor heating everywhere and really quiet (even though it was fully booked you do not hear your neighbors). Great ski lockers room with ski boot heaters in the basement, but even better: if you want to ski in Saas Fee the apartment rents out lockers for the ski depot there! Ski bus arrives every 15 min in front of the apartment.
