The best about the hotel is that it has very spacious rooms with super high ceilings, lots of natural light, superb staircase and most charming garden. Spotless clean and varied breakfast. Parking is paid, but the pedestrian access is right below the garden so very convenient. Overall, old-world charm in the ideal centre of Baden-Baden.

Little hotel in middle of mountain with a lovely view and soo peaceful and relaxing. All staff are very kind, helpful, and respectful and giving me time I need cos of my hearing disability. Food is absolutely delicious all the way. The swimming pool and sauna were perfect after hiking. Hotel deserves 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It says 5 stars, but there is no breakfast in the rooms, no air conditioning, stuffy. noisy until half the night and no parking. it's really 2 stars and everything is terrible

Stylish, clean, great parking for our motorbikes, easy to find and the information provide by our host was excellent, 5 stars all round

The lady that manages the Café and did our checkin and checkout is very nice and friendly all the time. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and quality of products was amazing. Fresh bread was 5 stars. Also very nice location for the Black Forest trails with amazing views and less than 10min walk from train. Would go back again!

Amazing staff like rarely experienced anywhere else (special kudos to the breakfast crew and their super attentive teamlead)! The cleanliness of the rooms and the spa is beyond perfection. This hotel is 5 stars for all the good reasons. Breakfast is perfect, too. Oh and did I mention the comfortable beds? Interesting in the rooms: toilet and shower have a door for themselves in the bathroom, which made our room work well for a family of four.
