Very friendly and helpful staff. They were quite responsive. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff also helped us arrange a wonderful day trip to Mindo. Excellent breakfast every day. Having access to drinking water in the reception area saved us trips to the store.

Very professional and friendly staff, incredible housekeeping. Beautiful touches/decor in the suite. Included plate of fruit, breakfast in the fridge, hot croissants delivered in the morning, 6litre of bottled water supplied! Place truly is very special and beautiful. A few convenience stores and restaurants within a few steps from hotel.
