I stayed here for two days and had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly specially Mr Mahmoud front desk and mrs mirna magdy , the room was very clean, and everything was well organized. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Special thanks to Aya at reception and Doaa from catering, they made our stay better and always made sure we were comfortable. The private horse ride to the pyramids was amazing (book it through the hotel). The rooftop view was beautiful, and New Year’s Eve felt magical with all the fireworks. Breakfast is simple and delicious.

I especially liked the rooftop with glass walls—it offered a beautiful view and a romantic atmosphere. The room was clean and affordable, and the staff were sincere and friendly. Great location and excellent value for money. I’d love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends.

My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of – from the comfortable bed to the well-stocked amenities. The location is perfect, close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax and unwind. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service in the restaurant was friendly and attentive. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service – every staff member I encountered was polite, professional, and eager to help. They truly made me feel like a valued guest. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Longchamps Zamalek to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

We stayed here twice during our stay in Cairo. Room was always well maintained, the family suite was spacious and a perfect retreat after a busy day in bustling Cairo. Lovely staff contingent who were always happy to help and graciously assisted us with a late check out since our flight out was at 2am.
