Nou Baleares has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Palma de Mallorca. All rooms boast a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. The general decor of the hotel was outstanding. Old building sympathetically restored with a modern, stylish twist . Our bedroom was spacious and very beautiful. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Nice bar/restaurant. Roofto terrace with a smill plunge pool- much appreciated in the very hot weather!! All staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Surrounding area not great but only 5 minutes walk into old town.

We loved our room. Clean and tidy! Hotel situated in a perfect area. Close to city. A Lovley balcony. Comfortable beds. Convenient and eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. Very happy for the bottled water - eco-friendly! The towels are of great thick soft quality! The staff were so helpful ❤️ We will definitely come back!

Everything was exceptional. The breakfasts are good and not static from day to day. Free SPA facilities are nice too. It's a really convenient place to walk through the most interesting city places.

Located in Playa de Palma, Hipotels Playa de Palma Palace & Spa features a garden, a terrace, an outdoor pool and a spa centre. There is free WiFi throughout. We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious room, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. By far the largest selection I found in a hotel. Also, the live cooking from the dinner was a positives surprise for us. Staff extremely helpful, always smiling. We had our return flight late in the evening, but late checkout was not possible due to next bookings. Still, they allowed us to use all the amenities of the hotel even after checking out, and provided towels and access to shower.

The hotel was exceptional from the day we arrived. The staff were all super helpful, professional and really friendly. The manager noticed on our first morning that we were new and welcomed us to breakfast, he was very welcoming and always checking on everyone. No request was too much. The rooms and facilities were super clean and beautiful. The bar and food was also great and service there was also high standard, the pool was such a lovely environment to be in.
