The room was huge and very comfortable and nicely decorated. The water was hot and bed comfy. Breakfast very good. Great location. Lady was very pleasant . Would be good to have a sign that says park here for Instow Barton :)

This is probably the best B&B I've ever been to. The room was cozy with a nice view, the village is beautiful and close to the B&B (yet it's still very quiet at night), the hosts are most welcoming and helpful, the breakfast is phantastic. We could select what we wanted the day before and the selection is awesome. Fruit and cooked breakfast freshly prepared. There are beautiful hikes so close that you do not have to get in the car. The village is lovely with everything you need.

This bed and breakfast was wonderful! The service, room and amazing breakfasts all exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return for another visit. This is more than a 10 rating and will not disappoint.
