We greatly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Note we were here at the end of November so our experience may differ a bit for those coming in peak season for things like parking. We had a balcony with sea view room which was spectacular. We were easily able to find nearby parking. Not all restaurants were still open but there was enough variety to have enjoyable meals We took a day trip to Monemvasia which I highly recommend. A few other notes… -Staff is very friendly and helpful. They brought us up to the room to show us how everything works. This was helpful as I may not have found the towel warmer on switch if it hadn’t been shown. -Comfortable beds -Very good breakfast which included eggs made to order. I love starting my day with an omelette. The view is also very nice from the breakfast area. -We booked some time in the private pool. It was a nice relaxing priority

Highly recommended!!!

The suite is fantastic and it has all you may need (maybe except a washing machine). Staff was great, cleaning was done daily. You can order food if you don't feel like going out (it's a 15-20 min walk to the restaurants). The view from the pool is excellent, the water has a good temperature and it's clean. You have parking spaces by the property.

This place is bucket list material given the ancient 700 year old village in which it is located. Beautiful rennovation of the buildings and our 2 level suite was simply gorgeous. Perhaps the most comfortable, high quality mattress I have every experienced in any hotel ever!. Wonderful traditional 'bespoke' breakfast prepared by local ladies of the village and with personal introduction of the dishes served.

Sempre Viva Suites is a 4 star hotel features fully serviced apartments combining hotel comfort with the privacy of an apartment. The hotel features family rooms. We visited Monemvasia and stayed at this family apartment style hotel. Everything was top notch, clean and the staff provided us with breakfast every morning. After we left, my girls forgot their Apple Watches and some other small things in the room. The staff at the hotel couriered those items that same day and we received them within a couple of days on another part of Greece. Thank you so much 😊 I highly recommend this wonderful place especially if you have children and visiting Monemvasia. The pool was wonderful too!
