We wish we never left. The room was cleaned daily, the staff were very accommodating, and the location was 10-15 mins away from the best bars, cafes, and clubs. The breakfast was pretty hearty, too!

Beyond the beauty of the hotel itself, the service from the staff was truly amazing. They surprised us with a flower-filled bath in our room, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. We also joined a yoga class led by Putu, who not only shared his deep knowledge of yoga but also kindly offered to take photos for us, we left the class feeling so energized and connected. As vegans, we were deeply touched that the chef prepared a special vegan menu just for us. Every meal was delicious and carefully made. Highly, highly recommended

We stayed around 2 weeks in Swan Paradise. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and from the first moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the wonderful service and hospitality of the staff. The check in was smooth, the room was clean and specious. The hotel had prepared complimentary honeymoon decorations for us and a cake. The pools were clean, the restaurant had a beautiful view and the food was delicious. The variety of options on the menu were endless, we had trouble choosing. We had a wonderful experience with the entire staff, especially Agustin. She was behind lovely and helpful. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Highly recommend!

On the first place is a great and friendly all staff in Neano escape ! Best people ever that we meet in resorts and hotels. Especially big thanks to driver Bombom who helped us to explore best places in Bali and he speaks English perfect and he is very smart to be future manager. Location of resort is peaceful and pool is very nice with outstanding view. Food is delicious and room is very clean and comfortable.

Loved my stay here! The staff were super kind and helpful, and as a solo traveler I felt really safe and taken care of. The location’s perfect — close to Alchemy and The Space. Breakfast was great too. Would definitely come back!
