Perfect location right above the ferry terminal. Very friendly and helpful staff, great pool and fitness, comfortable room and the rain shower was awesome. Excellent breakfast buffet. Rooftop bar also cool.

Grand Mercure Batam Centre asub Batami keskuses, 3 km kaugusel Ocarina rannast. Kohapeal on spordikeskus, aed ja baar. Great location - 5 minute drive from ferry terminal. Room was well kept - especially liked the huge bed and the rainfall shower. Small swimming pool and children’s play area made it kid friendly. Staff were helpful too.
