This homestay is full of artistic taste. It's clean and quiet. The working staff are very helpful and trustworthy, and above all, the food provided by the restaurant is delicious and full of flavor. The chef is obviously very dedicated and customer-oriented, as she keeps changing the food she serves if the customer stays there for more than one day.

5 star service. Peaceful location. Simple but yummy home cooked food. Loved the fresh fruit and juices and Dutch toast. Driver is really helpful. Kids loved the private pool and cats.

The hotel is truly lovely.
Very cosy and in a traditional Indonesian style, the lovely facilities are so beautiful and the staff were all very kind.
I couldn't recommend this hotel enough for anyone staying in Jogja.
Breakfast on a morning was outstanding, the best I've had in Indonesia, especially when it was made A' la carte.
I will definetly be staying here on my future trips to Jogja.

A beautiful and exclusive property set in a large landscaped garden and bordered by a deep river. Traditional colonial lodge style architecture. Airy & spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Aris and his colleagues provide excellent home cooked meals. Lovely swimming pool enclosed in a mature garden grove. Congratulations to the owner for creating such a beautiful little paradise at one with its surroundings.

* the location is not so far from the malioboro street, Vredeburg and keraton Yogyakarta.
* plenty of choices for breakfast. Even they have gudeg and jamu as breakfast choices.
* we received an upgrade to the grand deluxe room.
* all the employees are friendly as I can’t mention the name one by one.
* we have bottles of water, free minibar every day as complimentary.
* the amenities in the bathroom is very helpful and luxury.
* the grand deluxe room quite big… i love it.

It's excellent value for money. Don't expect 5 stars - it might used to be 5, but not anymore, it's dated, and could use a lift-up - but still, it's a comfortable, large room and in 10-15 minute walk to Malioboro.
The restaurant serves decent food, and prices are on the upper side but not crazy. Nice swimming pool and gym. Efficient reception 24/7. Stayed 4 nights and was very satisfied. Lots of Europeans come here.

The best thing about this hotel is exceptional service. The staff is very caring, attentive and helpful.
Location is great, the view from the room and from Sinar Hill nearby is breathtaking. It feels like time slows down there. Villa’s interior and exterior is very traditional and has its charm.
The staff helped us to organize all activities: VIP tickets to Borobudur (worth it), yoga, driver to Prambanan etc., provided complimentary transfer to nearby locations.
